I completed a short course in Couture Beading in 2020 with Charlotte Appleby at Couture Bead Masters. I also used beading in my high school major work.
Couture Beading
I completed a weekend course in couture beading to get the basics. We went over tambour beading techniques on silk organza using seed beads and bugle beads. We also learnt the basic chain stitch and vermicelli design, ribbonwork, 3D beadwork and flowers.
High School Major Work Beading
I did a beaded waistband on my major work. This was the first time I had ever done beading.
